Self-excuse

Under Plugin settings → Rules, administrators can allow selected roles to excuse themselves for future events. An optional deadline in hours limits changes. Eligible members use Excuse myself to see their own applicable events and may withdraw an excuse before the deadline. If an event belongs to several configurations, the excuse can be applied to all of them.
