Configurations and events

A configuration defines who is expected at which events. Selected roles provide the expected members.

Choose individual future events for special dates, or select an entire calendar for recurring events. New matching calendar events then appear automatically. Configurations can be edited, activated, deactivated or deleted; individual events can be cancelled and restored.
