Code and reproducible report for the integrative multi-omics analysis of recurrent glioblastoma manuscript

This release contains the code and reproducible reports for the data processing and analysis of large-scale proteomics, proteogenomics, lipidomics and terminomics data on a cohort of initial and recurrent patient-matched samples. This repository and the code serves as a reference for the sharing of code for the potential reproduction of the analysis.
