Zotero 10 compatibility

ZoteroPane.getSelectedCollection() was removed in Zotero 10 (it now throws) in favor of getSelectedCollections(), which returns an array to support multi-collection selection. The collection context-menu actions (Convert to NotebookLM, Sync Notebook, Open Chat) now use a version-aware helper that prefers the new array method and falls back to the old one, so the plugin keeps working on Zotero 7-9 too.

• strict_max_version bumped to 10.0.*
• Fixes the "Convert to NotebookLM" / "Sync Notebook" / "Open NotebookLM Chat" collection menu actions on Zotero 10
