  • /api/tts and /api/tts-hd speak with ElevenLabs Eleven v4 Turbo and Eleven v4: ten distinct voices, 21 ElevenLabs voices by name, six formats, with a named backup when the primary is busy.
  • Add diarize: true (speaker labels and word timestamps) on /api/transcribe, /api/transcribe-pro and the OpenAI transcription wire.
  • Add POST /api/decide (a call-ready plan for a task) and POST /api/decide/execute (runs it within a budget; unspent money returns as a credit).
