Smart Web Fetch v1.1.0

  1. 下载 smart-web-fetch.zip
    • Linux / macOS / WSL / Git Bash: ./scripts/smart-web-fetch <URL>
    • Windows CMD / 原生 PowerShell: .\scripts\smart-web-fetch <URL>
    • PowerShell 7: pwsh -File .\scripts\smart-web-fetch.ps1 <URL>

Smart Web Fetch v1.1.0

This release improves startup stability, expands regression coverage, and cleans up the documentation.

Highlights:

  • Internal startup now uses a deterministic main.py bootstrap, avoiding import shadowing from caller-side core.py / core/
  • Bash, PowerShell, and CMD wrappers now share the same Python startup path with fewer platform-specific differences
  • Added offline regression, Bash smoke, PowerShell/CMD smoke, and CI coverage for startup-chain and shadowing regressions
  • Fixed single-label host:port URL normalization, so inputs such as myservice:8080/path now normalize to https://myservice:8080/path
  • Added documentation style rules so long-form docs stay focused on current usage and current maintenance constraints

Compatibility:

  • The public command interface is unchanged
  • The runtime baseline remains Python 3.11+
  • The release artifact remains smart-web-fetch.zip

Getting started:

  1. Download smart-web-fetch.zip
  2. Extract it and enter the package root directory
  3. Run the wrapper for your shell:
    • Linux / macOS / WSL / Git Bash: ./scripts/smart-web-fetch <URL>
    • Windows CMD / native PowerShell: .\scripts\smart-web-fetch <URL>
    • PowerShell 7: pwsh -File .\scripts\smart-web-fetch.ps1 <URL>
