Changes

• Clarifies coverage matrix conflict labels: content differences now show evidence such as likely newer, likely older, same time, or needs review instead of a misleading old-version label.
• Fixes same-platform duplicate skill locations so an older duplicate directory cannot overwrite the current location in the coverage matrix.
• Keeps the real-file/copy actions aligned with the clicked platform and preserves review-first behavior for divergent content.

Verification

• GitHub Release workflow passed on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• macOS universal build passed Developer ID signing, notarization, stapling, and Gatekeeper verification.
• Stable updater manifest is included as latest.json.
