v0.4.0 — PR controls and reader navigation

Find the PRs you can merge, the checks that need attention, and the next PR to read without losing your repository overview.

• Status shortcuts: Ready, Failing, Awaiting review, and Drafts show counts within your current search and repository scope. Failing drafts appear in both views.
• Optional repository overview: Open Overview for a searchable repository/status matrix. Click a count to jump to matching PRs; the familiar list remains the default. Phones show labeled repository cards.
• Reader navigation: Previous/next buttons and ← / → move through filtered PRs in list order, reveal collapsed repositories, and show your position. Shortcuts respect typing, dialogs, and your keyboard setting.
• Strict merge readiness: Ready requires explicit approval, passing checks, and a confirmed clean merge, with no draft or queued state. Missing evidence is shown explicitly.
• Visual polish: Rounded repository hover rows, refreshed dark/light/mobile screenshots, and a PR appshot with browser chrome as the README hero.

All screenshots use synthetic demo data.

Install or upgrade with Homebrew:

brew update
brew upgrade --cask agentyard

For a background installation, restart it with the updated binary:

agentyard install --yes

macOS and Linux archives for Apple Silicon/ARM64 and Intel/AMD64 are attached, with SHA-256 checksums.
