Free Windows VST3. Insert it on a track or the master and send that audio to a WASAPI playback device.

When the host is on ASIO, that bus never enters the Windows audio session. DeviceOut pushes it to a loopback playback device (usually VB-Cable CABLE Input) so Discord / OBS can use CABLE Output.

Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit. VST3 only. MIT.

  1. Install VB-Cable if you need a virtual mic: https://vb-audio.com/Cable/
  2. Run DeviceOut-Setup-1.0.0.exe
  3. Rescan plugins
  4. Insert DeviceOut on a track or the master
  5. Set OUTPUT DEVICE to CABLE Input
  6. In Discord / OBS, set the microphone to CABLE Output
