Main changes

• Adapts registry, fluids, rendering, recipes, tags, creative tabs, block entities, interactions, and legacy conversion to Forge 52.
• Moves all data-pack content to Minecraft 1.21's singular directories and audits against stale plural paths.
• Retains the OreSpawn schema-4/revision-3 provider with 32 rocks, three ores, native aliases, stone/deepslate hosts, covered Ocean crude oil, legacy Cyano/GEOME migration, and no Mineralogy world generator.
• Preserves byte-stable existing configs, both atomic migration paths, issue Option to disable drywalls, rock salt lamps and ores #121 content controls, grouped tabs, functional cobblestone equivalence, furnace recovery, replacement drops, lamp support, double-slab harvesting, and the relief rendering fix.
• Reconciles Minecraft 1.21's native tuff family: Mineralogy slabs retain crafting/stonecutting precedence, native slabs remain available through reversible bridges, and vanilla non-slab construction forms remain obtainable.
• Uses canonical c: interoperability tags while retaining compatible forge: aliases.
• Generates 1,433 Mineralogy recipes and progressive advancements, 18 slab bridges, 48 Minecraft recipe overrides, and 21 matching advancement overrides.
• Updates the 17 reviewed locales, seven exported guides, release metadata, CI, CodeQL, wrapper validation, and guarded tag validation for 6.1.1.121011.

Validation

• 58 JUnit tests pass, including real Forge recipe-manager coverage for both cobblestone modes, all 19 configurable vanilla recipes, all 27 rock families, native aliases, shared stonecutting routes, slab bridges, and progressive advancements.
• Full clean release, Javadoc, dependency, artifact, checksum, cold-bootstrap, Mavenizer, Eclipse generation, launch isolation, and production-classpath gates pass.
• Main, sources, and Javadoc jars are reproducible; the main jar contains Java 21 bytecode and no tests, probes, fixtures, internal worldgen, stale plural data paths, or agent notes.
• Exact packaged client and dedicated-server fresh/reload smokes pass with Forge 52.1.0 and released OreSpawn 4.0.16.121011; complete logs and crash directories were inspected.
• Preferred-seed Ocean and forced-volcanic runs generated 1,089 requested Overworld chunks each and together covered all 32 configured rocks, all three ores, and correctly covered crude oil. Separate 81-chunk Nether and End runs contained no Mineralogy generation.
• Historical Power Advantage crude-oil coexistence passed using an isolated compatibility fixture.
• Disposable accepted-1.20.6 and converted-Sylvester upgrades/reloads preserved configs, reports, IDs, inventories, occupied furnace contents, and OreSpawn profiles. Source fixtures were not run or modified.

The exact candidate has also completed manual in-game acceptance. This PR does not tag or publish a release.
