obsidian-execute-code-mpi-openmp c/c++ openmp support

Use g++[MPI/OpenMP]/gcc/clang instead of cling in obsidian-execute-code-mpi-openmp

Require

• c/c++ compiler
• close options wsl model and use main func

Install

1. download from github releases
2. go install

cd ./obsidian-cpp-openmp
go build .

[!warning] Not used std::cout / std:endl. Used printf();
