来自 issue #4 的修复(Windows 安装包、无 pytest 环境;报告人 @teaorcoffee96 —— 感谢这份根因定位到源码行号级的报告)。测试 552 项全绿(540 + 12 新增)。

修复

  • 测试守护不再假定环境有 pytest:finish 门在目录有 test_*.py 时会亲自跑测试,旧版在没装 pytest 的机器上把 No module named pytest 当成"测试未通过"拒绝 finish,拒绝词又把路指死在 pytest,小模型为"让 pytest 可用"烧光预算。现在三段降级:pytest → 缺件时回退 python -m unittest discover(标准库)→ 连 python 都不可用则跳过守护(不可验证 ≠ 测试失败,其余门禁照常)。
  • 判定读 stdout+stderr 合流:缺件报错走 stderr,旧版"精确失败"恒为空,模型拿不到任何线索。
  • 拒绝词给出环境可用的替代路径并披露次数上限("环境没有 pytest 就用 python -m unittest 或直接 python test_xxx.py;第 X/3 次拒绝,满 3 次后放行");计数只在真失败时消耗。
  • 守护内 pytest 超时不再崩 harness(报告顺带暴露的第四处隐患);GUI 思考标记点击崩溃容错。

English

Fixes from issue #4 (Windows installer, no pytest installed; reported by @teaorcoffee96 — thank you for a report that pinned the root cause down to source lines). Tests: 552 green (540 + 12 new).

Fixes

  • The test guard no longer assumes pytest exists: the finish gate runs the suite itself when test_*.py is present; on machines without pytest, No module named pytest was treated as "tests failed", and the hardcoded rejection sent small models into a spin trying to make pytest work. Now a three-step degradation: pytest → fall back to python -m unittest discover (stdlib) when the environment lacks it → skip the guard entirely if even python is unavailable (cannot-verify ≠ tests-failed; the other gates still apply).
  • Verdicts read stdout + stderr merged — the missing-module error goes to stderr, so the "precise failure" line was always empty.
  • The rejection names environment-appropriate alternatives and discloses the strike counter; the counter now only increments on an actual failed verdict.
  • A pytest timeout no longer crashes the harness (a fourth latent bug the report surfaced); GUI think-marker click crash made argument-tolerant.

Install / 安装

Windows：下载 Mingbird-v2.1.2-CN-Setup.exe（中文）或 Mingbird-v2.1.2-EN-Setup.exe（English），双击安装。需要 Ollama 或任何 OpenAI 兼容本地服务；2~9B 小模型核显即可跑，全程数据不出本机。
Windows (EN): download Mingbird-v2.1.2-CN-Setup.exe (Chinese UI) or Mingbird-v2.1.2-EN-Setup.exe (English UI) and run the installer. Requires Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible local server; 2–9B models run on integrated graphics, and your data never leaves the machine.

macOS / Linux（实验性）：下载 mingbird-v2.1.2-macos-arm64.tar.gz / mingbird-v2.1.2-macos-x64.tar.gz / mingbird-v2.1.2-linux-x64.tar.gz，解压后运行 LocalAgent。系统语言自动识别（中文系统直接显示中文；英文系统输出自动跟随英文。也可在可执行文件旁建 app_lang.txt 写 zh/en 强制）。
macOS / Linux (experimental, EN): download the tar.gz for your arch, extract, run LocalAgent. System language is auto-detected (English systems get English output); you can also force it by placing an app_lang.txt (zh/en) next to the executable.

From source：pip install -r requirements.txt → python agent_gui.py（Python 3.12 推荐）。 / From source (EN): pip install -r requirements.txt → python agent_gui.py (Python 3.12 recommended).
