OpenAgentCore v0.0.12-rc.1

Prerelease for testing in-place upgrades. latest still points to v0.0.11.

In-place upgrades. An installation of v0.0.10 or later now upgrades in place and keeps its database, data volume, .env, secrets, Core key and installation ID. Back up first (Upgrade), then run:

The installer checks the new release against the installation before it replaces any file, and initialization refuses downgrades. When you are ready, open Settings → Sandbox and scheduling and choose Use this installation's Runtime to move nodes to this release's Runtime.

Protocol changes: none since v0.0.10. Nodes, the microsandbox helper, E2B templates and self-hosted machines keep working; applying this release's Runtime is optional.

Other changes since v0.0.11:

• A guided path from sign-in to a first Session, and failed Sessions that say what to do next.
• Model provider rejections are classified, and Turns fail promptly when the model host is unreachable. Core errors appear in the console language.
• A request log; settings reorganized, with platform settings and workspace storage in one place and idle suspension beside node capacity; health and capacity facts on their own pages.
• Console tables and tabs fit on phones, and the console and docs use one set of terms.
