Release v0.5.4

- Always-on-top window pin toggle (session-only, P shortcut)
- SVG-aware export sizing (width/height/scale) in Save As, plus JPEG
  quality and PNG compression controls
- Pin to discrete GPU on hybrid-graphics systems; cache gamma shader
  uniform locations instead of querying them every paint call
