This PR improves the
find_relatedAPI, it now takesChunk | SearchResultwhich is much clearer. There was also a pre-existing bug where adjacent chunks sharing a boundary line could non-deterministically resolve to the wrong chunk. There's also a small change to the MCP instructions to make them more focussed.
