V3.6 - Fix "???"

Fix the sign falling back to "???" when there are many potential special overrides back to back. It will stay on "potential special" until a guaranteed special occurs now, instead of the old logic saying "???".

if you have any issues with the sign, feel free to reach out to me in the "Fusion Pilot Fanclub" or "bynd-dev-zone" Discord servers (Ping @MinnieFops).
