Core Changes

• Added grant_generation_mode=full|structural; default full keeps the original Oracle grant mirror flow, while structural emits only the minimum cross-schema grants required for object creation and compilation.
• Tightened VIEW remap to rewrite only datasource objects (TABLE/VIEW/MVIEW/SYNONYM); callable dependencies remain diagnostic-only and no longer pollute unresolved rewrite warnings.
• Added explicit runtime degraded reporting via runtime_degraded_detail_<ts>.txt; compare-impacting degradations are now surfaced as compare incomplete instead of looking like a clean full run.
• Hardened scoped text and dependency export behavior for large schemas: JOB_ACTION scanning now has oversized/high-fanout/recursion safeguards, and dependency_chains_*.txt export can skip or truncate large graphs instead of dragging down the main compare.
• Improved report DB upgrade compatibility by auto-expanding undersized STATUS/REASON/DETAIL columns during startup.
• Synced shipped docs, config guidance, deployment notes, and technical docs to the current runtime behavior in 0.9.9.0.
