Highlights

• 修复 Oracle source 默认 BYTE 语义下 VARCHAR/VARCHAR2 长度误判，compare 与 TABLE ALTER 生成以 DATA_LENGTH 为源端长度基准。
• TABLE ALTER/ADD 保留源端 VARCHAR2 类型字面量，不再错误生成 VARCHAR。
• CHAR_USED=C 保持不扩容；目标端已合理扩容时不生成回缩 ALTER。
• source_db_mode=oceanbase strict compare 继续按源端 1:1 长度生成，同时保留 VARCHAR2。
• 仓库不再跟踪本地测试文件，test_.py / tests_.py 默认忽略。
