Fixes

• Fixed title-field navigation on macOS so note history shortcuts work while
  editing the title, including unsaved draft notes.
• Fixed F2 rename focus for unsaved Untitled drafts.
• Pressing Enter on an empty Untitled draft title now moves into the note body
  without creating the note; entering a valid title still saves it normally.
• Command-click on macOS now follows wiki links from the active editing line.

Development

• Added richer synthetic vault profiles to the performance benchmark harness,
  including memory snapshots for startup, scan, search, editor, and mascot
  phases.
