Adds PoolPriceAlign, deployed at 0xbdA0Bc2461c2f0706573878F2932F87526b43D63.
It walks an empty v4 pool's price to a reference pool's live price with a 1-wei, price-limited swap that trades nothing, and reverts if any liquidity is in the way. It keeps the Season 2 game pool on the market price until it has liquidity. Includes the manual align script and a Robinhood Chain fork test.
