• [#11] Allow user to sync entities of post type other than post

Upgrade notes

In the previous versions:

• All entities were uploaded when they are updated (via save_post hook) but their type were all post in Miso catalog, which was incorrect.
• Only posts (entities of post_type = post) were uploaded when performing "sync data".

In this version, users can select which type of entities they want to upload to Miso catalog. Allowed types are post, page, and public custom types. Uploading via both update hook and "sync data" operation will respect the settings.
