Usage Statistics 0.2.1 packages the previously accepted local.9 runtime with bilingual installation, configuration and compatibility documentation. The three runtime entry files are unchanged; old local.9 downloads remain available.

使用统计 0.2.1 沿用已验收 local.9 的三份运行文件，补齐双语安装、配置和兼容说明。每日七行方格、配色与小时图表保持，旧版本下载保留。

Verified: five compatibility checks, fresh archive install/load, uninstall/reinstall and preservation of isolated test data on Intel macOS / Missher rc.2-based SDK. The APIs were statically compared with official rc.2; this release does not claim a separate pure-official application run, official alpha.1 support, Windows/Linux/Apple Silicon native acceptance or new real-model testing.

本轮通过 5 项兼容测试、隔离安装/加载/卸载重装及测试数据保留。宿主和平台验证边界同上，原有视觉验证见仓库 VALIDATION.md。

Download the .tgz, verify SHA256SUMS or .tgz.sha256, then install through Plugins → Add plugin. See README for usage, data permissions and removal. No daily installation or private data is included in this release.
