MTR-PGR4 v0.1.1 - Native launcher

• Replaced the PowerShell game broker with native C# process launching.
• Player ZIP contains no PowerShell or batch scripts and uses no execution-policy bypasses.
• Preserved launcher settings, saves and PGR4 / Geometry Wars handoffs.
• Game executables and graphics/audio runtime are unchanged from v0.1.0.

Checked startup and clean close for both games, plus automated handoff and path-handling tests.

Extract the complete ZIP. When updating, keep your existing runtime/userdata, runtime/geometry-wars/userdata and runtime/launcher-settings.json.

Initial Windows x64 release of MissingTheRecompilation: Project Gotham Racing 4.

• Graphical launcher with game-folder selection, 720p/1440p, 30/60 FPS, fullscreen and independent motion blur settings.
• Music playback and menu mixing fixes, sky/crowd fixes, Lotus loading fix, garage walking and substantial stutter reductions.
• Geometry Wars standalone launch and garage/return handoff.

Extract the ZIP and open MTR-PGR4.exe. Supply your own complete extracted PGR4 copy; game files and saves are not included.
