MistTags v2.3.2 Beta

MistTags 2.3.2 Beta keeps the v2.3.2-beta release line and updates the same assets instead of creating a new beta release.

Changes:

• Added a Paper Dialog animation picker after staff edit a prefix/suffix. Staff now enter text and duration first, then choose None or any animation loaded from animations.yml.
• Updated the animation docs so every preset frame uses {text} as the template placeholder.
• Kept animation selection dynamic, so new animations added to animations.yml appear as dialog buttons after reload/restart.
