Second lab done

- Introduced .gitignore to exclude build artifacts and IDE configurations.
- Updated CMakeLists.txt to rename project from helloworld to ip_filter and removed unused targets and options.
- Refactored ip_filter.cpp to implement IP address parsing and filtering functionality
