Fix Brick Breaker targeting
Balance Changes:

  • Blast Burn no longer AOE
  • Cataclysm no longer AOE, damage increased 18(24) -> 24(30)
  • Fiery Jinx damage lowered 8(11) -> 6(9)
  • Snowblind damage lowered 12(15) -> 12(14)
