Rewrote Element logic to work on other characters
Elements on non-Elemental cards now only carry the damage tooltips
Change heartkill sfx
Balance Changes:

• Snow Fort cost lowered 2 -> 1, block lowered 10(14) -> 5(7)
• Frozen Shield chill increased 2(3) -> 3(4)
• Icy Wind block increased 7(9) -> 8(10), chill decreased 2(3) -> 1(2)
• Kindle rework, no longer gives Vigor, now adds 2(3) Ashes to hand
• Patch Up rework, no longer gives Temp HP, block increased 4(6) -> 7(10), now draws 2 cards next turn
• Pure Strike rework, no longer conditionally deals more damage, now conditionally draws 2 cards
• Flash Freeze rework, no longer gives Ice Shards, now applies 2(3)X chill, now exhausts
