• [Common] Adjusted several default behaviors to improve session success rates for visually impaired users using screen readers. These changes apply only when screen readers are enabled:
  • Updated default hint message strings for clarity during the analysis screen.
  • The HintView class now announces all messages by default when screen readers are enabled, regardless of whether the messages have changed. This behavior can be controlled using DocumentAnalysisFragment.WorkflowSettings.hintViewShouldAnnounceUnchangedHints, FaceAnalysisFragment.WorkflowSettings.hintViewShouldAnnounceUnchangedHints from the respective fragments, or HintView.announceUnchangedHints when working directly with views.
  • Adjusted controls and quality checks during frame analysis to balance friction and quality:
  • Disabled the device motion detector by setting the MiSnapSettings.Analysis.motionDetectorSensitivity parameter to NONE.
  • Set the MiSnapSettings.Analysis.initialDelay parameter to 0.
  • Set the DocumentAnalysisFragment.WorkflowSettings.hintDuration and FaceAnalysisFragment.WorkflowSettings.hintDuration to 5 seconds.
