First public release of Folder Open for foobar2000.

Folder Open makes foobar2000 behave more like a folder-based audio player when opening music from Windows Explorer.

Installation:
File → Preferences → Components → Install...
Select foo_folderopen.fb2k-component and restart foobar2000.
