Folder Open 1.0.2

Added 32-bit foobar2000 support.

• Added native x86 / Win32 build.
• One component package now supports both 32-bit and 64-bit foobar2000.
• 32-bit DLL is packaged at the component root.
• 64-bit DLL is packaged in the x64 folder.
• No functional changes to Folder Open behaviour.
