v0.1.3 - Where Do I Start?

Hello, everyone! In probably the shortest turnaround I've ever had for an update, v0.1.3 is out!
In this update, I:

• Added 2 new starting locations
• Separated Luiginary Works into 9 new abilities, each based on individual Luiginary works
• Merged my client with @Nepply's official hardware client
• Fixed a bug where multiple AP Attack Pieces in the same shop would cause it to bug out
• Made the EXP multiplier even stronger
