Example Release

All I've done for this release is create it with the tag v3.8.0

The attached files are automatically generated when I published this release. You can see the action that generated them here.

All configuration of the Actions can be found in the .github/workflows folder

• gradleRelease.yml handles building release versions of RobotLib and robotLib.json, attaching both to this release, and commiting the updated robotLib.json to the repo.
• gradleCI.yml handles building RobotLib with every commit. All commits that fail to build with be marked with an X, while builds that succeed will be marked with a checkmark, and the build artifacts can be downloaded for that commit. (Click the X or checkmark to get more details on the build, and to download any artifacts)

I've set it up where if the GitHub tag doesn't match the LibraryVersion in Gradle, the release build will be marked as a failure and no files will be added.

The one thing lost in the process is attaching the javadoc and sources jars to this release. But they will still be automatically generated and found via Jitpack.
