SCD41 CO2 monitor v1.3

Forgot to release v1.2 ;-) so here's v1.3
Release notes:

• Added a wiring screen at the start (v1.2)
• Calibration now gives actual feedback of its state (v1.3)

Again, released FAP built against Unleased089

SCD41 CO2 monitor v1.1

This release had several small bugfixes:

• CSV logging simplified
• Temperature shown in 1 decimal accuracy
• Total Temp OFFSET set at 5 for my enclosure

NOTE: included FAP built against Unleashed-089

SCD41 port v1.0.0

Ports the CO2 monitor from SCD30 to SCD41.
Tested working on Unleashed unlshd-089 (API 87.8) with a Pimoroni SCD41 breakout.

So attached .FAP was build against: Unleashed unlshd-089 (API 87.8)
Build your own when other API level/firmware needs.
