Incorporate things we'd cut for space reasons and edit them/polish; add version number, date

After discussion with Gilson, we are working to edit and incorporate some of the material we had cut for space reasons. This provides an initial pass at incorporating the material:

• Incorporate material on future benchmark systems which had been cut (i.e. from [WIP: Edit/Decide] Adding in much more extensive set of potential future benchmarks #11)
• Add draft discussion on the need for workflow science from [WIP: Edit/Decide}: Add back prior discussion on need for workflow science #12
• Add a couple other minor things which had been cut from [Decide] Re-insert two small paragraphs which were removed for space reasons #10 per Gilson

• Fix incomplete Abel reference around line 153, see bf "this reference is incomplete"; also fix Docker author details at same time
• Need reference for CB7 binding cations around line 346
• Table fixes in table beginning around line 474 and in caption on that table
• Unclear explanation of REST around line 687 per Gilson (needs discussion with Gilson)
• Get Gilson CD references around line 710
• Gilson CD refs around 718 and 721
• Add website cite around 727, add ChemBL, PubChem, BindingDB refs there also
• Add reference on how we know CCP Asp is charged around line 745
• Add discussion of CCP size and heme around lines 753
• Add reference to thrombin experiments around line 759
• Bromodomain references around line 772 and 780
• Integrase series range of affinities around 797
• Add SIngularity reference around 857
• Discuss Gilson point around line 884 with him and see what edits are appropriate; included edits

Other adjustments made:

• Some fixes to the "make each sentence be a separate line" approach to LaTeX
• Lots of small fixes as suggested by Gilson
