Unsup Release (for participants)

Now nicely scripted.
Variations:

• Build: the main pack, with a stable set of mods suitable for the build server
• Test: the pack used to test submission mods on the test server.
• Debug: for testing changes to the repo via assemble_packwiz.py + packwiz serve in generated/pack

If experiencing a blank screen at the unsup puppet, try swapping to experimental in edit -> versions.
