Important Changes

• Added an option to stop Mash from checking for updates on startup. (it caused a noticeable delay depending on the amount of packages installed)
• Mash will now automatically install all required pip dependencies when installing a script.
• Add an option to automatically respond "yes" to all questions when installing a script through Mash.

Fixed Bugs

• Fixed a bug where Mish would crash when you were offline or it couldn't access the Mash servers
• Fixed another bug where Mish would crash if Mash wasn't installed.
• Fixed a bug where Mish wouldn't throw an error if Mash wasn't installed and mash was typed.
