Fixed Bugs

Fixed issue #1 - Mish installer didn't have extra backslashes so files were being installed incorrectly.
Fixed issue #2 - RM command was using os.removedirs instead of os.rmdir.
Fixed a bunch of inconsistencies with the version number.
