* update readme

* Update README to align with paper

- Rename to RepoMod-Bench
- Update benchmark table to match paper Table 1 (21 benchmarks)
- Add summary stats: 1.6M LOC, 11,616 tests, 8 languages
- Update test counts and LOC values to match paper
