Epic 25 — Cross-Platform Build (docs)

  • Win32/Win64 verified; Linux64 core verified inside a production backend.
  • A standalone full-framework Linux build hits an internal (non-platform) dependency item — some DataEngine interface/type imports (IDBConnection, TDriverName) need their uses reconciled (DataEngine.Factory.Interfaces vs DataEngine.FactoryInterfaces). Tracked as a follow-up.
  • README updated. No code changes.
