• Guards for non-Windows: TDotEnv POSIX setenv/unsetenv shim, OutputDebugString→stderr, InterlockedIncrement64→AtomicIncrement, bare uses Windows guarded.
• Verified: Win64 (backend suite 2790/2790 green) + Linux64. Windows behaviour unchanged.
