docstring for all functions and classes

in this version, creating docstring is working fine for the whole file

added:

1. generated docs over the classes
2. generated docs under the function defs
   unfinished:
3. generating docs over def functions at the starting of the line
4. generating docs under classes
   fix needed!
   shebang was deleted after creating the upper doc, this need to be fixed
