概述
(telemetry telemetry)包装模块（TeXmacs/plugins/telemetry/progs/telemetry/telemetry.scm）。progs/telemetry/init-telemetry.scm重命名为telemetry-init.scm，模块声明改为(telemetry telemetry-init)，消除与插件入口init-telemetry.scm的重名冲突。init-telemetry.scm直接通过use-modules显式引入(telemetry telemetry-utils)、(telemetry telemetry-track)、(telemetry telemetry-init)。init-telemetry.scm异常 catch 分支中force-output多余传参的问题，改为(flush-output-port (current-error-port))。
