Moves the docs chat stack to AI SDK 7 with matching React and OpenRouter integrations, and adopts the Node.js 22 runtime floor required by that stack. The chat route now uses the current instruction and step-limit APIs; the public docs content is unchanged.
Verification: typecheck, lint, tests, and production build.
