The menu bar extra stays visible after launch instead of vanishing when macOS flips activation policy. Voice and Draw no longer hide the Dock or drop the Slip menu.

The build is unsigned — right-click Slip and choose Open the first time. Grant Accessibility the first time you capture, and Microphone the first time you speak a slip.
