• Fixed Kitty avatar and media ghosting during long j/k timeline navigation. Placements now reconcile after scrolling settles and move using stable image/placement ids.
• Added regression coverage for scroll reconciliation, exact placement deletion, and flicker-free image moves.
• Updated the offline demo atlas and all public theme previews with clearly labelled DHH and Jason Fried avatar references. Their fixture copy is synthetic, not a real post or quote.
