Linux 0.7.0-2 · desktop review fixes

Linux desktop update with bounded conversation scrolling, collapsed tool output, and direct map review without the historical demo landing page.

The workflow is now 人工复核 → 检查无误，继续 SVG 审阅 → 查看交付文件. Map and layer loading must succeed before confirmation becomes available. Failed loads retry correctly; matching a new result resets human review. Existing CONDITIONAL status and accuracy evidence are preserved.

Download cad2gis_0.7.0-2_amd64.deb for Ubuntu x86_64 (glibc >= 2.39), or use the portable tarball. Install the DEB with sudo apt install ./cad2gis_0.7.0-2_amd64.deb, then fully close and reopen CAD2GIS. Existing user settings, conversations and project drawings are preserved.

Validation: 101 relevant Python regressions, four viewport layout checks and 14 Chromium interaction checks passed. The bundled runtime passed native DWG/MCP/conversion/SVG/application/GCP rematch checks. The DEB was installed with dpkg in an isolated root and all 12,279 payload hashes were verified. Local computer-use checks also opened an existing drawing and conversation. No project drawings or model credentials are included.
