CAD2GIS 0.8.0 adds optional source-preserving CAD tools to the existing DWG/DXF-to-GIS and QGIS delivery pipeline. Original code is now Apache-2.0; third-party components, fonts and data retain their licenses and notices.

The optional U-C4N/Autocad-MCP v1.6.0 runtime is fixed to a source revision and installed separately. Four registered CAD2GIS wrappers expose 15 actually exercised headless 2D tools. The main MCP contract has 63 interfaces, including those wrappers; these counts must not be added together. Original drawings remain unchanged and revised DXF returns to canonical GIS validation. AutoCAD COM and 3D are outside the verified adapter.

GitHub Pages now uses the owner's local official production website, retaining its fonts/CSS and effects. Primary text follows current code: project value, actual tool names, workflow, installation and validation scope. Historical experiment graphs retain their original dates/versions in a clearly marked disclosure. Chinese/English GitHub Wiki and styled Wiki explain the MCP/plugin advantages. Nine effects are reused from the website package; no separate nine-drawing report ZIP is added.

Validation: core/Agent Linux Python3.12 suite1661 passed,19 skipped; full prior main CI passed Linux/Windows/macOS/offline precision; all15 CAD tools exercised on synthetic DXF; six MCPB integrity/handshake checks; current affected website/plugin/registry contracts50 passed. New public deployment verified15 URLs. Demo cases remain CONDITIONAL; absolute surveying accuracy is not independently verified. Historical desktop binaries were not rebuilt or relabeled0.8.0.

Official MCP Registry0.8.0 and Smithery are published and publicly verified. Glama source-repository submission awaits review/indexing. Codex/Claude Code repository marketplaces and Cursor/VSCode MCP configurations are available; official OpenAI/Anthropic directory eligibility remains separate.

Assets: current wheel,source distribution,plugin ZIP,MCPB,Smithery metadata variant,Agent delivery ZIP,GitHub Pages ZIP and official-site ZIP. The original wheel and MCPB hashes are unchanged; website/docs/source-distribution artifacts were refreshed to reflect the owner's selected frontend and current code. release-manifest.json distinguishes runtime,source and website provenance; SHA256SUMS covers every delivered asset.
