Error "FOREIGN KEY constraint failed"

I have spent several hours trying to troubleshoot this and I've had no luck.

I'm running a fresh install on TrueNAS scale through the Dockge app. I copied over the .yaml edited the necessary fields and got the container up just fine. I get all the integrations set up and get green lights on everything. I set up the root folders without any issues.

But, every time I try to add something I get the same Error.
google AI helped me fix a few things, but it's out of ideas too. We tried deleting the .db files and restarting, double checked the permissions on all the data sets, and have double checked the quality settings and language profiles several times.

let me know what other info is needed, I'll share it as needed. this is my first discussion post so I don't really know everything that is needed. thanks for the help!

I asked this same question in the Discord chat yesterday evening, but we couldn't make sense of it then either. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing the issue.

This issue is caused by the trailing / in your Origin env, please remove it. Better auth does not parse this.

The previous latest tag was pointed to a broken dev build. I have updated it now to a stable build, please repull. If you already went through with the Auth setup, then I recommend switching to the dev build, which has newer features and more optimizations.
