Fix PS1 i18n inconsistency: add missing custom_* keys to zh-CN, ja, ko language blocks
Add missing noninteractive_error key to zh-CN block
Remove orphan help_local_lang key from zh-CN block
All 10 PS1 language blocks now have exactly 122 keys (consistent)
