SMC-Based Thermal Monitoring

Full hardware monitoring via Apple SMC — fan speeds, temperature sensors (CPU/GPU/SSD/ambient), and real-time power draw in watts. All through a single new SMC helper layer.

Fan Control

Manual fan speed control with per-fan sliders (clamped to hardware min/max). Fans auto-restore to automatic mode on app quit.

New Thermal Tab

Combined view for fans, temperatures, and power — with gauges, color-coded sensor readings, and history charts.

Dashboard & Menu Bar

Thermal summary widget on the dashboard. Menu bar now shows CPU temp, power draw, and fan RPMs.

Sandboxed Builds

Gracefully degrades when sandboxed (SMC requires unsandboxed mode). Views show an explanatory message instead of crashing.
